Reservations must be made 60 days before the conference. Conference room rates are offered 3 nights (or more) pre and post conference dates based on availability. Conference discounted room rates are available for registered attendees and their family until February 14, 2014. MCE Conferences contracts lodging with the resorts to ensure the lowest rates for our attendees. Lodging reservations are reserved for attendees registered for this conference. We can allow one additional room at the group rate for accompanying family and friends. Reservations made without tuition registration may be automatically deleted after 7 days unless you notify our office the reason we do not have your tuition registration or send names of family or friends not attending the conferences who made reservations on the link.
