We are delighted to invite you to join us for FACE 2015 - the 13th year of the UK’s premier aesthetic conference. 

Once again being held in the heart of London, FACE 2015 is on course to being the biggest and best conference to date. We are excited to announce a strategic alliance with EuroMediCom, one of the largest medical aesthetic conference organisers worldwide. This collaboration will give you wider scope – and audience – to showcase your products and services across Europe and beyond. Further, in addition to regular SKIN, Business, and now HAIR seminars at FACE, the BODY conference will also be coming to FACE 2015 creating a complete high-end educational aesthetic conference. 

The FACE 2015 weekend will be of a similar format to previous years for delegates and exhibitors with lectures across difference agendas taking place throughout the day, along with exhibitor workshops and seminars. One of the biggest draws for the delegates, however, is the range of high-end exhibitors showcasing their portfolios of products and services. Our venue, the QEII Conference Centre, opposite Westminster Abbey, provides us - and you – with many opportunities to demonstrate the latest in the aesthetic market, with its large exhibition area and greatly extended conference and seminar room facilities. FACE 2015 will follow on from previous years by having a low-cost entry ticket allowing access to the exhibition area and exhibitor workshops which has proved very popular and successful in encouraging new delegates/entrants into the market alongside a wider range of clinic personnel who may not normally attend the traditional scientific congress.

* Abstracts must be submitted in English.

* The title should be clear and as brief as possible

* The material in the abstract must be original and not previously published.

* The structure of your abstract should include: Introduction & Objectives - Materials & Methods - Results - Conclusions

Every Exhibitor will be entered at a Bronze Level of Sponsorship. The additional extras your company would like will then determine what level of Sponsorship your company will be promoted as. Stand spaces vary in size and cost and will also determine your Sponsorship level.

Opportunities such as advertising in the Show Guide, Workshop/Symposiums and Delegate Pack Inserts are all available to increase your level of Sponsorship and exposure.

Packages can be tailored to your needs whilst furniture, lights and storage for your stand can be ordered directly through our contractor.

Available stand sizes: 2m x 2m – 3m x 2m – 4m x 2m – 3m x 3m – 4m x 3m or 6m x 2m – 6m x 4m – 8m x 6m – POA for Platinum and Diamond Sponsors only.

All stands come with a shell scheme unless agreed otherwise with your FACE representative.

FACE 2015 will be offering all exhibiting companies some fresh, new sponsorship opportunities including 3 pre-event programmes and weekly e-shots. The programmes will be printed in November, February and May with advertising opportunities and distributed Internationally. As well as this, sole sponsorship of all FACE 2015 e-shots will be available to companies wishing to reach out to our database of delegates.

As well as pre-event sponsorship, companies are able to extend their presence throughout the show as well with sponsorship options available. These include sponsorship of the water fountains, seating areas and also the networking cocktail events taking place on the Friday and Saturday evenings.
