Conference Room Rates and Reservations - MCE Conferences does not accept commercial support for our Continuing Medical Education programs. We rely solely on tuition fees and amenities we receive from the resort to cover the expenses of holding this conference. It is required that all participants and their families book within the meeting group allotment for MCE Conferences, in order to participate in this program. We very much appreciate your cooperation.

| Lodging Cancellation - Per our lodging agreement, these are the cancellation terms and conditions:
Cancellation 60 days or more before arrival - you will receive full deposit
Cancellation 59-31 days before arrival - a one night deposit is forfeited
Cancellation 30 days or less before arrival - no lodging refunds can be made
No-shows and early departures are considered a cancellation
All cancellations must be made via e-mail to info@mceconferences.com by the dates stated above.

| Travel Guard Trip Cancellation Insurance - We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation and baggage insurance, which is available for coverage of expenses in conjunction with cancellation due to illness or accident. In the event that you must cancel your participation in this travel program which may include other nonreturnable travel arrangements you have made, trip cancellation insurance may be the only source of reimbursement.
