AESURG- the Annual Conference of the IAAPS is being organised jointly with the ISAPS Symposium from the 1st through the 4th February 2018 at the Ramada Resort & Spa, Udaipur, Rajasthan. We aim to bring together this time the theme of “ Composite Aesthetic Rejuvenation- Surgical &

Nonsurgical” to put forth the concept of Total Aesthetic Correction.

We have been having in the past excellent scientific feasts, mostly with emphasis on surgical procedures, and rightly so. But as we all know, Non surgical options are fast gaining popularity in the aesthetic realm, as standalone treatments as well as adjuvant treatments to complete/ enhance the aesthetic correction in any individual. Worldwide, plastic surgeons have been at the forefront of nonsurgical procedures, especially injectables, but we have been a little slow in adopting them.

Seeing the enthusiasm as well as the need to learn, we have planned to cover injectables, lasers and energy based devices in detail, along with getting faculty of repute in all fields- both international & national to speak & demonstrate. Of course, the Surgical topics will be covered exhaustively in the ISAPS symposium component.

Please participate in large numbers, and especially motivate our residents to attend, as it is they who stand to benefit the most.

Room booking cut off date 45 days, later rooms rate may vary and subject to availability.

Hotel tariffs are applicable as indicated in the local currency – INR or Rs (Indian Rupees).

Room check-in / checkout time is 1200 hrs (IST). If arriving late night / early morning, the room has to be booked from the previous night for immediate occupancy.

Payments if received by bank transfer should be in full and should include Bank processing charges (if any).

Booking amendments in stay reductions / cancellations before 30 days from check-in will attract 01-night retention charge.

Booking amendments in stay reductions / cancellations less than 30 days from check-in; or early departures after check-in / No shows will attract full retention for the cancelled days.

All taxes (service tax / hotel luxury tax / VAT) are Government mandated and may change / increase / decrease. The tax structure applicable during event dates shall apply.

All refunds towards the cancellation of rooms (if applicable) shall be processed post event.

Abstract submissions for scientific papers are accepted at this conference on topics of Imaging. The submission should not be more than 250 words and should include aims, methods, results, conclusion and discussion. Abstracts are to be submitted directly on www.aesurgisaps2018.com. The papers will be selected to be presented at AESURG – ISAPS Symposium 2018 based on strict submission guidelines and peer review by experts in their fields. Once abstract is accepted, the delegate will have to upload the presentation (.ppt or .pptx only) on www.aesurgisaps2018.com. To submit your presentation, please click here.

Poster presentations are accepted at the conference on interesting cases, case reviews, protocols, and any other topics of interest pertaining to Aesthetic only, and can include other modalities for confirmation/ correlation.
