Introduction to Obstetrics (Essentials) is organized by Australian Institute of Ultrasound (AIU) and would be held during Jun 14 - 15, 2017 at Australian Institute of Ultrasound (AIU), Gold coast, Queensland, Australia. 


The target audience for this medical event basically for health professionals who have an interest in point of care obstetric ultrasound. Practical scanning with volunteers at varying gestations is also included. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of CPD 12 hours (Lecture 4.25hrs, Practical 7.25hrs). 


Specific Topics Include :

• System orientation and probe manipulation techniques

• Early pregnancy assessment

• Transabdominal and transvaginal techniques (with a phantom)
