Welcome message:
This course is primarily directed at family/general practitioners and other physicians providing primary care.
The course is delivered in an interactive format using real case examples and simulated patient encounters to demonstrate the practice of effective clinical record keeping.
Three to four months after the course, attendees may complete the self-reflective follow-up exercise to claim 8 Mainpro-C credits by submitting file samples for review, demonstrating the newly learned techniques are being incorporated into daily practice.
Accreditation:
This program meets the accreditation criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been awarded 6 Mainpro-M1 credits for attendance and 8 Mainpro-C credits for completing the self-reflective follow-up exercise.
