Submission Info

The Metabolic & Endocrine Disease Summit (MEDS) is accepting a limited number of industry-sponsored abstract submissions for poster sessions at MEDS West, August 1-4, 2018 and MEDS East October 10-13, 2018.  Encore abstracts/posters are acceptable for submission. 


The fee for industry-sponsored submissions is $695 per abstract. Submissions must be accompanied by payment for consideration. A full refund will be provided for any submission that is not accepted. 

Deadline for submissions is June 1 (MEDS West) and August 1 (MEDS East). However, we recommend you submit your abstract as soon as possible, as we have limited spaces available.

Please note: You will have to completely download the form in order to fill in the fields. If you find it easier, you can use the form to submit the contact and payment information and submit your abstract(s) as a Word document. Please be sure to include the title of your abstract on BOTH documents.

Additional Information

The Conference Organizer will provide a 4’ (high) x 8’ (wide) bulletin board. Please leave 2” for safety on either side. Posters must NOT exceed 3’10” (high) x 7’10” (wide). Pushpins will be provided on site.

Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing their own posters. Any posters left behind will be discarded.
