Continuing education is crucial to patient safety and positive outcomes related to infusion therapy. The Infusion Nurses Society provides educational sessions that are timely, informative, and relevant for infusion therapy nurses and allied health care professionals. Specifically developed by infusion therapy experts, the education at NAIT 2015 provides contact hours for continuing nursing education, as well as recertification units for the CRNI® credential.


Target Audience 

Infusion therapy is applicable to all practice settings, within numerous medical specialties, and throughout all patient populations. The educational sessions that make up NAIT 2015 are directed toward nurses and other health care professionals involved in the practice of infusion therapy. 


Overall Program Goal 

INS is committed to providing educational sessions that enhance and expand the knowledge and skills used by infusion nurses and allied health care professionals in the delivery of safe, efficient, quality care to patients receiving infusion therapy.


Overall Program Objectives

After attending sessions at the One-Day Program, Infusion Therapy Grand Rounds, each attendee will be able to:

Identify best practices for the delivery of infusion therapy for high-risk populations and/or environments.


After attending sessions at NAIT 2015, each attendee will be able to:

Identify evidence-based practices that can be applied to an individual’s practice setting. 

Identify strategies that optimize positive patient outcomes for various infusion therapies.

The exhibit space rental fee includes:

• 8' high backwall drape (except island booths)

• 3' high sidewall drape (except island booths)

• Company Identification sign

• Show directory listing, including a 50-word Company Profile Description

• 5 complimentary exhibit badges per 10' x 10' space contracted (badges do not allow access to the sessions)

** Island booths cannot be canceled and are non- refundable.


Deposits and Payment Terms

Upon receipt of your contract, preliminary space assignments will be placed on hold, and a deposit is due within 30 days to confirm space assignment. Final space assignments will be confirmed when full payment is received.

Space Reserved by July 1, 2015: A 50% deposit is due within 30 days of exhibit space contract submission. The remaining balance is due by July 31, 2015.


Space Reserved between July 1 and October 1, 2015: The full exhibit space rental fee is due within 30 days of exhibit space contract submission.

 

Space Reserved after October 1, 2015: The full exhibit space rental fee is due upon receipt.

 

If deposit/payment is not received by INS within 30 days of contract submission, the preliminary space assignment will be released back into general inventory for other companies to select. Exhibitor is still responsible for quantity and size of space requested on the contract and will be required to select new space assignments when deposit/payment is received, based on current availability at that time. Exhibit space contract terms are not voided in the event of nonpayment.
