Event Overview
Welcome message:

Dear Neurotrauma Colleagues:

On behalf of the National Neurotrauma Society, I would like to invite you to join us at Neurotrauma 2015, the 33rdAnnual Symposium of the National Neurotrauma Society in Santa Fe, New Mexico, from June 28 - July 1, 2015.

This symposium has been the primary forum for exchanging information in the fields of both traumatic brain injury (TBI) and spinal cord injury (SCI) for many years. The meeting focuses on integrating clinical, translational and basic science information on issues in neurotrauma. This year’s meeting, co-hosted by the National Neurotrauma Society and the AANS/CNS Joint Section on Neurotrauma and Critical Care, will present an exciting integration of state-of-the-art clinical, translational and basic science information on the consequences of damage to the nervous system.

This years’ meeting, whose theme is “Understanding CNS Injury—Are We Still in the Wild West?”, will have informative discovery, translational, and clinical sessions and workshops, as well as programs for students and early career investigators. Plenary sessions, workshops, and poster sessions are being planned to focus on topics of current research and practice issues. A public lecture, patient perspective talks, and networking opportunities will round out the program. CME credits will be provided for each day of the meeting.

NNS has reserved a large block of hotel rooms at four hotels in Santa Fe: the La Fonda Hotel, the Inn and Spa at Loretto, the Hilton Santa Fe and the El Dorado with reasonable rates for attendees ($189 single/double per night) and a discounted rate for students ($109 single/double per night). All hotels are within walking distance to the Santa Fe Convention Center which has a variety of spaces ideal for large lectures, small discussion groups, and excellent poster space that will be integrated with the exhibit space. Transportation to Santa Fe is easily obtained from the Albuquerque Airport via the Sandia Shuttle Express or the Roadrunner Train. The hotels are in the heart of old town, close to museums, short walks to many and varied restaurants, shops, and Canyon Road. An opening reception and evening at the New Mexico History Museum are planned for two evenings. Time in the middle of the day and most evenings will be open to enjoy the city.

Please join us in Santa Fe for what is shaping up to be an excellent meeting in a beautiful and exciting city!

Sincerely,

bramlett

General Info

Join the National Neurotrauma Society and the AANS/CNS Joint Section on Neurotrauma & Critical Care in Santa Fe, New Mexico from June 28 – July 1, 2015 for a one-of-a-kind event that brings together scientists and physicians from around the globe to exchange ideas and debut cutting-edge research on brain and spinal cord injury.

Neurotrauma 2015 expects to attract 650-700 attendees, providing the best opportunity to gain and retain your share of the important neurotrauma market.  Capture new leads, introduce new products, and give product demonstrations to proven buyers. The exhibit area is a bustling marketplace for the latest and most innovative products and technologies in neuroscience and related fields.

The Neurotrauma Symposium is the premier scientific event for clinicians and researchers in the field of neurotrauma, presenting state of the art approaches and breaking research. Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is the number one cause of death in young adults and together with spinal cord injury is a major determinant of disability; both diseases incur high socio economic costs both in the acute treatment phase and in the long term due to loss of productive life years.

As an exhibitor, you will be highly visible and an integral part of the event as each sponsor and exhibitor will be given considerable exposure during the Symposium. The Symposium will provide an unsurpassed opportunity for companies to network and interact with global decision makers, critical care and rehab physicians, neurosurgeons and researchers.

Important new scientific developments will be presented in plenary and breakout sessions, oral and poster presentations. Controversial issues will be addressed in round table discussions and pro-con debates.  The Symposium will bring together an estimated 700+ scientists and clinicians from all over the world.

Exhibiting enables organizations like yours to contribute to the success of the annual conference, while benefiting from a high degree of exposure for your products and services to your worldwide target audience. Sponsorship of this premier event offers your organization lasting recognition and exposure and will serve to promote the quality of care for patients with brain and spinal cord injury. In this invitation we offer a large number of opportunities for sponsorship and present details on the exhibits. All exhibitors will have access to a good location and we will ensure maximum delegate exposure by providing food functions at the exhibition and integrating exhibits with the poster viewing sessions.

We look forward to welcoming you to Santa Fe!

Sincerely,
