Bed and Breaskfast is available at Eastwood Hall and once full The Derbyshire Hotel. Please specify that you require accommodation for this night by clicking 'yes' for  accommodation when you register. This will then be booked for you.  You will be notified of your hotel shortly after registration. Eastwood Hall will be filled on a first come first served basis.

Single occupancy Room Rate £70 (inclusive of VAT).

Double occupancy Room Rate £85 for B&B, £95 for Dinner, B&B (inclusive of VAT) Please e mail admin@orbsmeetings.com to book and arrange additonal payment.

Additional Nights Accommodation.

If you require any additional nights accommodation please book this directly with the hotel you have been allocated  ORBS have also negotiated a preferential room rate for our delegates for the 9th and 11th October. When booking please quote ORBS Meeting.

Dinner

19:30     Friday 10th October.  Eastwood Hall

The conference dinner will be held on the evening of the 10th October folowing a drinks reception. All delegates are invited to attend the dinner and the cost is included in your delegate rate.  We ask that you let us know if you wish to join us for the dinner when you register as unfortunately we will not be able to increase numbers on the day. If you require any further information please do not hestitate to contact us.
