Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Provider
The Seattle Children’s PALS Training Center is an American Heart Association (AHA)–designated PALS Training Center. We follow the AHA Curricula for PALS Provider, PALS Renewal, HeartCode PALS Part 2 and PALS Provider for Physicians and Advanced Practitioners (adapted). Upon successful completion, participants are issued an electronic PALS Provider eCard effective for two years.
These official AHA PALS Courses train healthcare providers in the skills needed for assessment and management of infants and children with conditions of respiratory distress/failure, shock and cardiac rhythm disturbances, using the team approach.
