Authors are invited to submit abstracts to be considered for posters at SDEF’s 40th Annual Hawaii Dermatology Seminar. Posters can only be submitted by registered attendees.


Please use the Abstract Form and Disclosure Form (links above), and complete the payment form as appropriate.


Please save your copy of the completed form using the corresponding author’s last name and a two-word description of the abstract. If you have difficulties with any of the fields, you may include your submission as a word document.


Submit your completed form to as an email attachment by December 31, 2015.


Please put “Hawaii Dermatology Seminar 2016-Abstract” in the subject line of your e-mail. The body of your e-mail should include the corresponding author’s last name and phone number, the date, and the title of the abstract.


Acknowledgement and Notification: The acknowledgement of receipt shall be returned to the presenting author.


Notification of acceptance or refusal for presentation will follow after the poster has been peer reviewed.


Acceptance is at the discretion of the meeting Chair and Co-Chairs. Accepted abstracts will be published in an issue of Seminars in Cutaneous Medicine and Surgery, an indexed publication.


Industry-Sponsored Abstracts: The fee for submitting industry-sponsored abstracts is $395 per abstract.
