Once we process each provider registration, we assign the hotel reservation according to the dates submitted on the registration form. Please do not call the hotel directly to make or alter your own reservation - even for additional night stays. All provider reservations are managed through our office.
We have pre-blocked the rooms for the number of provider attendees that will be invited. Individual hotel confirmations will be sent out approximately 45 days prior to the start of the conference.
