Physicians: Educational Symposia is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
he purpose of this CME program is to review the basics of head and neck radiology. Lectures will focus on the Spaces of the Head & Neck, Oral Cavity & Oropharynx; Temporal Bone; Larynx; Brachial Plexus, and Lymph Nodes. Each topic will highlight imaging techniques, normal anatomy, and common pathology with an emphasis on how the imaging findings directly affect patient management and treatment. A workshop on temporal bone imaging will emphasize anatomy, pathology and a systematic approach to image evaluation. Both adult and pediatric pathology will be covered.
This meeting is primarily designed for community radiologists who wish to gain a better understanding of head & neck radiology, and neuroradiologists with a desire to obtain further understanding on how imaging findings directly impact patient care. ENT physicians, neurologists and other physicians who care for patients with head and neck disorders should also find this program beneficial.
