Due to the constantly changing nature of travel, we urge people to research their own travel requirements, including Passport and Visa requirements, documentation for re-entry into country of residence, and any other identification needed, and allow sufficient time in advance of the meeting for processing of such documentation.
Be sure to confirm air and hotel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance of departure. As a reminder, never leave your wallet and passport unattended while traveling, and have xerox copies of all identification and credit cards in case of theft of originals.
It is recommended that you fly into the Tancredo Neves International Airport (CNF) in Belo Horizonte for this meeting. This is the only airport that have shuttles designated to pick up and drop off attendees at the meeting location hotels in Ouro Preto. **You must book your shuttle in advance of arriving at the Tancredo Neves International Airport.**

**Shuttle buses will be available for booking from the Tancredo Neves International Airport (CNF) to hotels on the 9th and the 10th of May and also on the 15th and 16th of May ONLY. Scheduled shuttles will depart from Tancredo Neves International Airport (CNF) in Belo Horizonte for Ouro Preto as follows:

For departures on the 15th and 16th of May, times will be determined based on departure flights. We will also provide a shuttle (time to be advised) on the evening of May 14th.
The cost of these shuttles is $50/person USD one way. If you need ground transportation on any other day a private car service will be available at the cost of USD $250 (per car, maximum 2 people with luggage).
If you have provided your flight itinerary and requested and paid for ground transportation with Gabriela Burria at IVI, you should have received a confirmation of your arrival ground transportation.
