Dear colleagues,
We regret to inform you that the World Psychiatric Association International Congress due to be held in Istanbul from July 6-19, 2016, organized by the World Psychiatric Association, in collaboration with the Psychiatric Association of Turkey and the Turkish Neuropsychiatric Society is cancelled due to the unpredictable safety risks and escalating terrorist attacks in the region.
World Psychiatric Association would like to thank the Psychiatric Association of Turkey and the Turkish Neuropsychiatric Society and Flaptour, the PCO of the Congress, for their extraordinary efforts and collaboration during the preparations of the congress so far.

The authors whose abstracts had been approved are free to submit their studies in other scientific meetings.
