Choose from any of our five state-of-the-art conference facilities which feature free WIFI, built-in sound systems, projection screens, podiums, flipcharts, white boards and DVD players. Secretarial services are available at an added cost and include typing services (letter, faxes, and reports) and photocopying or full-time secretarial support. Possible configurations include theatre style, classroom, boardroom, Hollow Square, U-shape, banquet or cocktail party set-up.

Dolphins Conference Room

This conference facility calls the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa its home; having one of the best beaches in the Caribbean makes for a great setting to relax the mind after an engaging meeting or conference. The Dolphins conference center includes a secretariat/office with computer and printer. In a theatre style configuration, this room will accommodate 100 persons with ease.

Bougainvillea Conference Room

Located at the Bay Gardens Hotel, this is our largest conference facility, at 1680 square feet; this room features enough space to sit 200 persons in a theatre style setting. The adjoined secretariat/office includes a computer and printer and a large terrace on the outside is aptly suited for coffee breaks or cocktail parties.

Lantana Conference Room

Located near the lobby of the Bay Gardens Hotel, this room is an ideal meeting space or equally functional as a break out room. Its 512 square feet of floor space can comfortably hold a maximum of sixty persons in the cocktail style set-up.

Ixora Conference Room

This 1088 square foot conference room is located at the Bay Gardens Inn. It size and location make it perfect for theatre style presentations, banquets and other meetings. It will hold 130 persons in the cocktail party style set-up. An outside terrace adds even more space for coffee breaks and a number of other uses.

Begonia Conference Room

Conveniently located on the Mezzanine level of the Bay Gardens Hotel, this elegant room is suited for all types of meetings. In the theatre set-up, this room can comfortably hold up to 50 persons.
